Th\u00e9oriquement, chaque subdivision assurait la tutelle technique des \u00e9tablissements situ\u00e9s, respectivement, dans l\u2019Oranie, l\u2019Alg\u00e9rois et le Constantinois.\n\nLe personnel charg\u00e9 du balisage et de l\u2019entretien des \u00e9tablissements \u00e9tait pris en charge par les directions d\u00e9partementales respectives.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-347db93 color-scheme-inherit text-left elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"347db93\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<strong>De 1967 \u00e0 1971 : Vers une Centralisation<\/strong><br> En juillet 1967, le d\u00e9cret <em><strong>N\u00b0 67.121<\/strong><\/em> cr\u00e9e un service de la signalisation maritime \u00e0 comp\u00e9tence nationale ayant son si\u00e8ge \u00e0 Alger. Ce service comprenait un service central compos\u00e9 d\u2019un service administratif, d\u2019une subdivision d\u2019exploitation et de contr\u00f4le, d\u2019une subdivision d\u2019\u00e9tude et d\u2019un magasin central, ainsi que de trois sections r\u00e9gionales d\u2019exploitation et de contr\u00f4le. Ce d\u00e9cret a plac\u00e9 l\u2019ensemble de la signalisation maritime sous l&rsquo;autorit\u00e9 de l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur en chef du service de la signalisation maritime. Cette r\u00e9forme a permis de clarifier les responsabilit\u00e9s et d&rsquo;unifier la gestion des moyens humains et mat\u00e9riels affect\u00e9s \u00e0 la signalisation maritime.<\/p><p>Depuis cette date, l\u2019ing\u00e9nieur en chef a assur\u00e9 une gestion centralis\u00e9e, ce qui a permis d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9 et la coh\u00e9rence des op\u00e9rations de balisage le long de la c\u00f4te alg\u00e9rienne.
